What does "Early Access" mean?
TQ works well today on standard web forms and common SaaS tools with clearly labeled fields. How well it works can vary even within the same site: one workflow may run smoothly while another hits a custom widget we don't fully support yet. Early Access means you get a working product at a reduced price, with direct input into what we build next. The best way to find out is to try it free on your own sites. And if you simply want a tool like this to exist, joining Early Access is the most direct way to support an independent product and shape where it goes.
Will the $19 Founding Member price really stay $19 forever?
Yes, for as long as your subscription stays active. Your price never increases, even when Pro opens at $49 for new users after Early Access ends. One honest detail: if you cancel and come back later, you re-join at the then-current rate (see our Terms, section 6.3). The lock rewards staying subscribed.
Do Founding Members get new features as they ship?
Yes. Founding Member is the Pro plan at a locked price: every feature that ships to Pro ships to you, including the bigger upgrades on our roadmap. If we one day launch separate products beyond the Pro plan, like plans built for teams, those are priced on their own. The plan you joined keeps growing, and your price stays $19.
What if TQ doesn't work on my site?
Try Free first: you can verify TQ works on your sites before paying anything. If your site isn't supported yet, tell us, and we prioritize what Founding Members ask for.
Why pay during Early Access instead of waiting?
Three reasons: (1) You lock in $19, and it stays $19 as long as you stay subscribed. Pro will be $49 for new users later. (2) Your feedback directly shapes what we build next. (3) Founding Members get priority support and early access to V1.5 features as they ship.
What is the 1:1 setup session?
Every Founding Member can book a free 30-minute video call with us. We look at the tasks you want to automate, set up your first workflows together, and you leave with real automation running. After you join, reply to your receipt email or write to tq@tqautomator.com and we'll schedule it.
What counts as a "run"?
One execution of a workflow from start to finish. The free tier has unlimited runs. Workflow count is the only limit (5 workflows on Free).
Do I need an API key for the free plan?
Only for AI features (recovery, paste-a-workflow). Recording and cached replay work without any API key.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the billing period.
